Authorship and content of none of my books and courses have been aided or crafted by any Artificial Intelligence tool. As of June 2023, they all predate the wave of AI-generated books of late 2022. My books are monographs and expose research results carried out over decades of research activity. My books are about fundamental science, which cannot be conducted by piecing together bits of knowledge gathered here and there but from human inquest, insight and creativity. This activity would instead produce AI.

AI has been around for decades, yet the problems in fundamental science are still intractable and abound. A bon entendeur salut!

This is also a pledge for AI-free intellectual production, in the understanding that AI-generated content for substitution purposes alienates and thwarts the human intellectual condition, experience and evolution. It is not safe, ethical, socially equitable and emancipating enough to utilize until official regulatory measures constrain and define its utilization. - June 2023
